When do we deliver the packages?

Panduri Post delivers daily, from Monday to Sunday, as follows:

• Parcels picked up until 16:00 is delivered on the same day in Bucharest and Ilfov
• Parcels picked up after 16:00 next day delivery
• National parcels picked up are delivered the next day

What happens with the return of parcels?

We know how important the return of products is for you and your customers. That is precisely why, through the Click&Collect Services from Pošta Panduri, you can offer them the opportunity to request the return of the package via Pachetomate®.

Full API integration

Our system allows API automation of operations:

• Auto Generate AWB
• Print AWB
• Track&Trace AWB
• Cancel AWB
• AWB return request

The system sends real-time API notifications of type PUSH:

• when the package status changes
• when a new Pachetomat is added to the network
• when state and temperature change in Pachetomate
