Commercial name: “Pachetomat.ro”.

This service applies to both individuals and legal entities with or without a contract for the provision of postal services with POŠTA PANDURI – C SOLUTION S.R.L.

It is a national courier service in the category of the registered delivery service, which consists in the Panduri Post picking up a postal item (envelopes and/or parcels) by means of postal machines called Pachetomat^® (registered trademark Panduri Post) and its delivery, at the express request of the sender, in a Panduri Post Parcel Machine or to a destination address “at the door”.

The rates for this service are:
14.99 lei for parcels of up to 3 kg, depending on the weight, volume and destination, they may increase.

If the destination of the postal item is a Pachetomat^®, it will be kept in the Pachetomat^® for two working days and if the postal item has not been picked up from the Pachetomat^{®< /sup> in 2 days, it will be able to be collected for storage for another 3 days at the pick-up points served by POĆTA PANDURI staff.
The delivery term is between one and a maximum of 5 working days for picking up parcels/postal items from Bucharest and their delivery in Bucharest.
For national pickups/deliveries, the delivery interval is between one and a maximum of 5 (five) working days calculated from the takeover.
Depositing postal items (envelopes, parcels) in Panduri Post parcel machines is done based on a QR code, sent to the sender by email.}

Pick-up of postal items (envelopes, parcels) from Pošta Panduri parcel machines is done on the basis of a pick-up code, made available to the recipient via SMS and/or email.

• If the deposit / withdrawal code is missing or entered incorrectly at Pachetomat – the shipment / delivery will not be able to be completed;
• Service is offered to individuals and legal entities with or without contract;
